Auxiliary Services records concern academic centers, centers for the care and study of children, Friends groups, and units of Mount Holyoke such as the Art Museum, Library, Chapel, and Equestrian Center that are neither administrative offices nor departments. The records are arranged by the name of each unit. Materials date from circa 1855 to the present and include minutes, reports, correspondence, publications, financial records, architectural plans and drawings, programs, and photographs.
