Nkenge Touré is a political and civil rights activist, health reformer, and feminist, who has written and presented extensively with regard to rights and justice for women of color. The Nkenge Touré papers are comprised of materials pertaining to Touré’s activism in health reform, civil and political rights for African American women, and her professional and public life.
