The Population and Development Program at Hampshire College ("PopDev") is a center for critical thinking, learning and advocacy on population and the environment. It is a sister program of the Civil Liberties and Public Policy Program (CLPP) at Hampshire. Records found in this community include the issue paper series DifferenTakes, and in the future may include reports, statements, and other publications produced by PopDev. DifferenTakes issue papers provide alternative news and analysis on sexual and reproductive health, population control, the environment, climate change, immigrant rights and militarization.
