Documents concerning the student program in the Geneva region (Midwest) of the YWCA of the U.S.A. Regional staff, councils and committees are an intermediary leadership and communication channel between the national organization and local associations. Minutes and reports of the regional council include project updates, conference plans, discussion of regional and local needs and interpretation of the national emphases to the local level. Regional council meetings may include National Student YMCA regional council as well. In order to maintain a connection with local student associations and offer support, regional staff make local visits offering support and reporting on their visits. Staff work plans outline the staff member's expected activities and goals. Additional documents include program objectives, association directories and related correspondence.
