Documents concerning the affiliation, administration, services and leadership of YWCA of the U.S.A. associations in Iowa. Correspondence from Council Bluffs concerns a sum of money that was left for the organization of a YWCA. The YWCA of the U.S.A. is not aware of the fund until after it expires and seeks more information about the situation. The program planning study of Creston studies the community population, history and geography to better inform programming decisions. YWCA of Davenport documents include correspondence and reports concerning their relationship with the Lend-A-Hand Club for Girls and the local YMCA. The Lend-A-Hand Club for GIrls overlaps in programming and purpose with the YWCA of Davenport and they seek to find a way to combine their services under the YWCA of Davenport. Other documents include administrative records, constitutions and bylaws, anniversary programs, visitation reports and lists of professional and volunteer leadership.
